PROCESSING TIME

All items except those listed as preorders will be shipped out in 2-5 business days depending on the order. Preorders will have custom ship times. For additional information, please see individual items and/or PREORDER information below.

PREORDERS

Preorders can take months to make and ship out. When you commit to a preorder, you must be willing to wait awhile for your item to ship out. The average wait time for this is about 4-10 weeks, but could be longer due to any amount of reasons. You may decide to cancel only if you do it before the listed deposit day to the manufacturer. This will be labeled under the preorder item's listing.

If you are ordering a preorder item in the same cart as an in-store item, they will ship out together when the preorder item arrives. If you want the in-store item shipped sooner, please order it separately.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. IMPORTANT: While I can ship those in the UK, you must be prepared to potentially pay VAT tax separately from this store. It will not add on to your checkout. Please visit my Etsy shop to have VAT apply at checkout. Some products are not available on my Etsy, but there is nothing I can do about that.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. 

No cancellations can be made once an order has been labeled as shipped.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

RESTOCKS

I am not guaranteed to restock any items at this time. If I plan on restocking, you can find most updates on my Instagram page. 

PIN QUALITY

All pins are handmade, therefore are subject to flaws. If a pin listing does not state the grade, it is considered an "A Grade". I grade from A, B, to C. The below is a guide for what to expect from each grade. A pin have may have one or more of these qualities and listings may go more into depth as to what flaws you can expect. This is not a complete list.

A Grade (standard): may have the following very small imperfections

  • very light polishing scratches that catch in the light
  • slight lineart width changes
  • tarnished backside (only on the back)
  • slightly overlapping or misaligned screenprint
  • small imperfections in the metal

B Grade (seconds)

  • hair-line fractures on screenprinted areas
  • slightly overlapping or misaligned screenprint
  • lightly smudged or muddled colors
  • light polishing scratches
  • lineart width variation
  • stray drops of color
  • just noticeable scratches
  • tarnished backside (only on the back)
  • over or underfill of enamel colors

C Grade: very noticeable imperfections

  • smudged or muddled colors
  • noticeable stray drops of color
  • decent over or underfill of enamel colors
  • tarnished backside (only on the back)
  • scratches
  • wrong colors
  • tarnishing of metal plating
  • overlapping or misaligned screenprint
